Cressingham Holistics have a booking and cancellation policy. We have always had the policy of charging for unattended appointments or those giving less than 24 hours notice.
Due the large number of non-attendees we have had to introduce the following policy - all bookings will require a minimum 50% deposit or be paid in full or it will not be regarded as a firm booking. If you book by telephone you will be asked to pay by 'card' or bring your payment into the centre at least 24 hours before the appointment. Failure to do so will result in your appointment being cancelled.
N.B. All Power Sessions, Noesitherapy/Hynoesitherapy, Experiensis treatments must be paid for in full before the session begins.
When you book subsequent appointments you will be expected to pay for it at that time.
Should you have to cancel that appointment and you re-book the fee will be credited to the new one. Should you no longer require the therapy paid for the fee may be credited against a different therapy. If you do not attend or re-book the fee will cover the unattended appointment and no refunds will be given. |
