Life and Excellence Coaching is becoming increasingly recognised as a way to improve oneself and efficiency at at all levels of life - home, interpersonal, money, work, etc. By using challenges to your Mind Set and acting as an external support Life and Excellence Coaching helps people to smash through barriers and problems enabling them to meet their goals and aspirations.
The Life and Excellence Coach is there as a mentor to help you focus on your pathway to significant improvement in all areas of your life, be it at work or home. A Life and Excellence Coach will help you to deepen your self-understanding, destroy your faulty learning so enabling you to regain control of your life by using your positive attributes to greater effect. From this develops a significant increase in self-confidence, self-esteem and self-belief.
The Life and Excellence Coach will provide support and friendly, non-judgemental but constructively critical guidance in helping you to define and achieve your goals. Life coaching is about positive change and is, by its very nature, totally results orientated - towards your success
Life and Excellence Coaches are not therapists. This is system is not targeted at psychological problems, it is not a 'quick fix' and requires sustained effort and commitment to achieve maximum benefits. Guided visualisations may be required during the coaching sessions.
You will achieve things you thought were impossible, do things that were beyond your previous capabilities and become a different person as you shed and leave behind those limiting beliefs that shackled you to the past.
Move forward now. Take that critical first step to change. Call me.
Life and Excellence Coaching has its origins in NLP - Neuro-linguistic Programming as used by many professional coaches, including Paul McKenna and others who work with celebrities and sports stars.
What Happens During A Consultation?
The first 20 minute session is FREE. This for me to work out if Life and Excellence Coaching is the right way forward for you.
The follow-on sessions are around an hour and may be conducted by telephone if required.
Because every person is different with various needs it is impossible for me to say exactly how long your coaching course will take. However, as a ball-park figure, it is generally recommended that to get the most out of your coaching you should commit to a minimum of six to ten weekly sessions, when you book ten in advance I will give you the tenth one free you only pay for nine.
However, some clients have complex and long term goals which require a complex and long term coaching solution. Other clients prefer to "dip in and out" of short coaching courses of, say four or five sessions, when they feel the need for a boost or to address a specific issue.
I can offer a range of packages to suit your pocket and am more than happy to discuss this with you at your free initial consultation. One thing to bear in mind is that if money is a problem, coaching can help you with that too so it could actually pay for itself in a surprisingly short time.
Session times are usually one hour and the fee includes all preparation and follow-up work (normally about an extra hour of work for me). It also includes occasional contact during the week by text, e-mail or phone to keep the momentum going if required.
