Cressinghams Tuition has been created by demand of parents. All the tutors have been Science Teachers for many years and during those years been asked hundreds of time 'Do you do private tutition?' We all answered 'No', so we have relented and now have decided to say 'Yes'.
Cressinghams offers KS2, 11 Plus, KS3, GCSE and 'A' Level Tuition.
Our specialism is Science but we have the knowledge to teach all the the skills required for KS2 and 11 Plus. We also tutor Maths to GCSE. At 'A' Level we offer Biology and Psychology.
All the Cressingham tutors have children still at or had children at local Grammar Schools so they are well aware of the standards required to get children through the 11 Plus and what is expected of them once they have passed.
We offer three forms of tuition
- Individual at your home - fee plus minimum £3.50 travelling charge
- Individual at Cressinghams - fee only
- Group sessions, (3-5 pupils) at Cressinghams - fee only.
For group sessions you can organise your own group or we can fit your child into a group were other parents want group tuition but have not made the minimum of three pupils.
All prices quoted are per child per session.
