
Life Coaching is becoming increasingly recognised by business and individuals as a way to improve oneself and efficiency at work. By using challenges and external support Life Coaching helps people to overcome problems and meet their goals and aspirations.
The Life Coach is there as a mentor to help you focus on your development in all areas of your life, be it at work or home. A Life coach will help you to deepen your self-understanding and learning so enabling you to regain control of your life by using your positive attributes to greater effect. From this you will develop a significant increase in self-confidence, esteem and belief.
The Life Coach will provide support and friendly, non-judgemental guidance in helping the client to define and achieve the goals desired. Life coaching is about change - for the better and is, by its very nature, results orientated.
This is system is not targeted at psychological problems, and Life Coaches are not therapists. It is not a 'quick fix' and requires sustained effort and commitment to achieve maximum benefits.
What Happens During A Consultation?
The first session is around 30 minutes and is only £10.00 - it is an exploration meeting, where you tell the Life Coach what it is you need to do or overcome, and to see if they are able to help you with your problems. After that the sessions are 60mins.
