'Stress Buster' Massage
This is a simple but powerful 'stress busting' massage working the neck, shoulders and back. It is based on Swedish massage but includes several deep tissue and remedial massage techniques to release all the tension held in the muscles.
It may only be a short massage but it really hits the spot. Idea for the end of the week or after a particularly difficult time at work or after the school holidays.
What happens during a consultation?
You will be asked certain questions about any health or physical problems which may have a baring on the massage. You will then be asked to remove your outer clothing from your top half only and lay face down on the massage couch. (The therapist will leave the room while you do this). Soothing Almond Oil will be applied to your back, shoulders and neck and the massage will begin. |
