THERAPIES
Descriptions of therapies are based on recognised professional criteria for each therapy. Each therapist has personal interpretations of those criteria and these may vary from that described on this site.
Each therapist is self-employed and solely responsible for the therapy or treatments they provide and any disagreements are to be taken up with the therapist in the first instance. Cressingham Holistic is not responsible for any actions taken by therapists renting rooms at 10 Princesses Parade, Waterside, Crayford, DA1 4JD. Should you have any problems with a therapist please notify the receptionist or Richard Wain after you have spoken to the therapist concerned.
All therapists are closely vetted before they are allowed to practice at Cressighams Holistic, they are all fully qualified, (as far as is possible to verify), and have full Practitioners Insurance.
Richard Wain only charges for his time and experience, any therapy or treatment administered is free.
SEMINARS
These are all to be paid for in advance - both private and corporate. We are sorry for this but due to several bookings which have either taken months to pay or not paid at all we can no longer accept bookings without a minimum 50% deposit, the balance to be paid on the day of the seminar. Customers may post reviews, may make comments or suggestions, (those made by visitors will be read but not published), so long as they are legal and not obscene, deflamatory, or threatening in nature. They must not invade privacy, infringe copywrite, contain viruses or similar electronic software attacking programs, contain political, religious or socially unacceptable material, commercial campaigning, mass mailing, chain letters or any other form of 'spam'.
You must not use false email addresses or impersonate another person or company or in any way what-so-ever be misleading as to the origin of a submitted review or suggestion. Cressinghams reserves the right to to edit or remove any submitted material which is deemed to be unfit for publication. Genuine complaints will be published along side positive comments.
You own the rights to the content you post and as such you indemnify Cressinghams and any suppliers or associates from any claim that may result from your submission. Cressinghams assumes no responsibility for any submission content posted by you or any other third party.

Loss in Transit
On purchasing from Cressinghams you enter into a shipping contact. The basis of this is that at the moment a parcel is passed to the Royal Mail, or other carrier, the risk of loss and title for the items is passed onto you. Cressinghams will do their utmost to help find any lost item but legally the contract is between you and the carrier.
Descriptions
Every effort is made to be as accurate as possible, however Cressinghams does not warrant that the descriptions are totally error free due to human fault or manufacturer changes.
Images - Cressinghams use images supplied by the manufactures we use. People have their monitors on different colour settings, and natural products vary in hue, as such Cressinghams cannot guarantee the colour of the jewellery you receive will be the same as the image on your monitor. In cases were you wish to return an item because the colour is not as expected, other than special orders, Cressinghams will offer a credit note.
Limitation of Liabilities
Cressinghams provides this site on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. As such you use this site solely at your own risk. Cressinghams makes no warranties that this site is totally free from viruses or other harmful software elements and will not be responsible for any damages in any form what-so-ever arising from the use of this site. Also Cressinghams make no representations or guarantees of any kind as to the operation of this site, or its content, information and products included.
Special Orders
Special orders and bespoke items are not covered by the 10 day 'no quibble' guarantee. As these are not stocked by the manufacturer or Cressinghams they cannot be put back into stock. (This does not affect your statutary rights).
Modifications and Changes
Cressinghams reserves the right to modify or change the site in any way it deems fit.
Prices are liable to be amended without notice due to changes in manufactures pricing, VAT rules,(where applicable), price fluctuations or any other valid reason. Special offers have start and finish dates. If you order after the finish date of an offer you will be charged the 'after offer' price.
Pricing
All RRP prices are based on those supplied by the manufacturer or on Cressingham products on what we deem to be a fair price for the item.
Disclaimer
All therapies are Natural and as such their effects on individuals will vary. Richard Wain and Cressinghams Holistic makes no claims that any of the therapies offered by therapists are guaranteed to be effective on every person.
